New SPCC regulations must be addressed in plan revisions due this summer:  The CUPAs are now enforcing this program so expect more inspections than in the past.  Also be sure to not neglect non-petroleum oils, oil blends, and any product that might cause a sheen if spilled.  Consider not only tanks and drums but also hydraulic and fluid reservoirs on non-vehicular equipment.  More here: www.epa.gov/oilspill/
